4 Seasons Salad with crispy bacon

Ingredients (2 servings):
1 pack of salad Veggieland "4 Seasons"
200 g bacon
200 g cherry tomatoes
1 pc. Zucchini
  Croutons
4 Tbsp of dressing

 

Ingredients for the dressing:
1 egg
1 clove of garlic
1 ½ pcs anchovies
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
  Salt to taste

 

How to prepare:
  1. In a suitable cylindrical jug consecutively add the egg, anchovies, garlic, oil and soy sauce.
  2. Blend the mixture, starting from the bottom and gradually lifting the blender up until a mixture resembling mayonnaise is formed.
  3. Add lemon juice and salt.
  4. Cut the bacon into thin strips and bake in an oven.
  5. Cut the zucchini into strips and stew with a little olive oil in a hot frying pan.
  6. Mix the salad, zucchini, croutons and dressing in a large bowl.
  7. Put the seasoned salad in a plate, add bacon, and adorn with the sliced tomatoes.
