4 Seasons Salad with beef cubes

Ingredients (2 servings):
1 pack of salad Veggieland "4 Seasons"
400 g veal fillet
1 pc. corn can (small)
5 pcs. pickled cucumbers
4 Tbsp of dressing
1 Tbsp soy sauce

 

Ingredients for the dressing:
1 egg
10 Tbsp of vegetable oil
1 clove of garlic
1 ½ pcs. anchovies
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
  Salt to taste

 

How to prepare:
  1. In a suitable cylindrical jug consecutively add the egg, anchovies, garlic, oil and soy sauce.
  2. Blend the mixture, starting from the bottom and gradually lifting the blender up until a mixture resembling mayonnaise is formed.
  3. Add lemon juice and salt.
  4. Cut the veal into small cubes, season with salt and pepper. Stew the meat in a hot pan. Before removing it from the heat add the soy sauce and let it cool.
  5. Cut the pickled cucumbers.
  6. Pour the salad mix together with 2 tablespoons of dressing mix in a large bowl. Add the pickled cucumbers, corn and the rest of the dressing and stir again.
  7. Top with the meat.
