Baby Salad

Ingredients (2 servings):
1 pack of salad Veggieland "Rocket and Spinach - Baby Leaves"
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 pack fresh cheese (mozzarella)
½ bunch of fresh onions
1 avocado
2 eggs
5 Tbsp of dressing

 

Ingredients for the dressing:
2 tomatoes
12 Tbsp olive oil
½ onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1pc. red pepper
50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
½ tsp white pepper

 

How to prepare:
  1. Cut the tomatoes (in boat-shape), old onion (in half-moon shape), garlic (in chunks) and fry until golden. Let it cool.
  2. Clean the red pepper from the seeds and bake.
  3. Pour the fried vegetables, pepper and olive oil in a cylindrical cup. Blend it all, add vinegar, white pepper and Parmesan cheese. Blend again. Store in the refrigerator.
  4. Boil the eggs.
  5. Cut the tomatoes (diced), cucumber (cubes), fresh cheese, fresh onions, avocado.
  6. Pour the salad mix in a large bowl and stir in 3 tablespoons of dressing. Add the other products with 2 tablespoons of dressing and stir again.
  7. Cut the eggs into the desired shape and arrange the salad.
