Finessa Salad with penne rigate

Ingredients (2 servings):
1 pack of salad mix Veggieland "Finessa"
100 g Salami
1 pc. peas can (small)
50 g olives (black, pitted)
½ cup penne rigatte
4 Tbsp of dressing

 

Ingredients for the dressing:
2 Tbsp yoghurt
½ Tbsp of tahini (sesame)
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic
3 tsp capers
½ tsp white pepper
  Salt to taste

 

How to prepare:
  1. Mix yoghurt, tahan, mayonnaise, capers and crushed garlic in a bowl. Using a wire stir the mixture, then season with white pepper and salt to taste.Place in the refrigerator.
  2. Boil the pasta and let it cool. Cut the pasta into three pieces.
  3. Cut the olives and the salami.
  4. Pour salad mix, penne, olives and peas in a large bowl. Add dressing and stir everything.
  5. Top with salami bits.
