Mista Salad with chicken fillet

Ingredients (2 servings):
1 pack salad mix Veggieland "Mista"
1 pc. cucumber (cleaned)
1 pc. apple (clean)
70 g Emmental cheese
1 pc. canned red beans (small can)
1 pc. chicken fillet
6 Tbsp of dressing

 

Ingredients for the dressing:
1 ½ Tbsp whole grain mustard
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp lemon juice
7 Tbsp honey
15 Tbsp olive oil (vegetable oil)

 

How to prepare:
  1. Mix the two types of mustard, lemon juice, honey and olive oil in a bowl with the help of a wire until the mixture thickens. Place it in a refrigerator.
  2. Fry the chicken fillet, pre cut into small cubes and flavored (with salt and white pepper) in a hot pan.
  3. Cut the cucumber and apple into thin strips.
  4. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  5. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  6. Add the dressing and stir gently, without crushing the leaves.
