Rocket Salad with tuna and couscous

Ingredients (2 servings):

1 pack	of salad mix Veggieland "Wild Rocket"
2 pcs.	canned tuna
1 pc.	apple (clean)
100 g	couscous
3 Tbsp	mayonnaise
2 tsp	soy sauce
3 Tbsp	of dressing

Ingredients for the dressing:

1½ Tbsp	Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp	apple cider vinegar
4 Tbsp	balsamic vinegar
20 Tbsp	olive oil
½ tsp	white pepper
	Salt to taste

How to prepare:

Mix olive oil, vinegar, the two types of mustard and pepper in a suitable bowl with the help of a wire into a homogeneous mixture. Add salt to taste. Place in a refrigerator.
Cut the cleaned apples into small cubes.
Mix the tuna, apple, pre cooked couscous, mayonnaise and soy sauce in a large bowl.
Dress the rocket in a separate bowl.
Put the tuna mixture in a shallow plate and using a spoon give it a round shape.
Top with the rocket.
