Iceberg Salad with Zucchini

Ingredients (2 servings):
1 pack of salad mix Veggieland "Iceberg Mix"
2 pcs. zucchini
2 pcs. red pepper
100 g chick peas (canned)
200 g mushrooms
½ red onion
4 Tbsp of dressing

 

Ingredients for the dressing:
½ pot of yogurt
2½ Tbsp tahini (sesame)
1 tsp dill
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp white pepper
  Salt to taste

 

How to prepare:
  1. Mix the yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, mayonnaise, chopped dill, mashed garlic in a bowl with the help of wire, then season with white pepper and salt to taste. Place in a refrigerator.
  2. Clean the peppers from the stem and seeds and bake them, then let them cool.
  3. Cut the zucchini and onion into half-moon, the mushrooms into larger slices, grill them. Let them cool.
  4. Pour the salad mix with 2 tablespoons dressing in a large bowl and mix. Add the remaining ingredients and dressing and stir.
