Iceberg Salad "Red Ice"

Ingredients (2 servings):
1 pack of salad mix Veggieland " Iceberg Mix"
2 pcs. chicken fillet
1pc. cucumber
100 g cheese
1pc. beet (medium-large)
4 Tbsp of dressing

 

Ingredients for the dressing:
½ pot of yoghurt
2 Tbsp tahini (sesame)
1 Tbsp dill
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp white pepper
  Salt to taste

 

How to prepare:
  1. Mix the yoghurt, tahini, lemon juice, mayonnaise, chopped dill, mashed garlic in a bowl with the help of a wire, then season with white pepper and salt to taste. Place in a refrigerator.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Fry in hot pan, remove and let it cool.
  3. Cut the cleaned beet, along with cheese and cucumber into thin strips.
  4. Pour the salad mix with 2 tablespoons of dressing and mix it in a large bowl. Add the cucumber, cheese, beets and the rest of the dressing and mix again.
  5. Place the chicken bits on top.
