Wellness Salad

Ingredients (2 servings):
1 pack of salad mix  Veggieland "Wellness"
400 g pork tenderloin
50 g olives (pitted)
5 Tbsp of dressing

 

Ingredients for the dressing:
1½ Tbsp whole grain mustard
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp lemon juice
7 Tbsp honey
15 Tbsp olive oil (vegetable oil)

 

How to prepare:
  1. Mix the two types of mustard, lemon juice, honey and olive oil in a bowl with the help of a wire until it thickens Place it in a refrigerator.
  2. Cut the pork into thin strips and fry in a highly heated frying pan, let it cool.
  3. Cut the olives into wheels.
  4. Pour the salad mix, olives and dressing in an appropriate large bowl and stir everything.
  5. On top, add the meat.
